2020 NFL Mock Draft: Final Mock 7 Rounds

Round 4

Chris Ransom follow @DraftUtopia Last Updated: April 23, 2020.

  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Jonathan Greenard, LOLB, Florida

The 6-3 262 lb Jonathan Greenard lined up at both 3-4 outside linebacker spots at Florida. Cincinnati coached him in Mobile and moved him to SAM linebacker during Senior Bowl practices. Cincinnati runs a nickel defense and needs an outside linebacker to compliment Germaine Pratt. The Bengals draft Greenard here as that outside linebacker to compliment Pratt.

Previous Pick: John Hightower, WR, Boise State

  2. Washington Redskins: Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn

The 5-10 198 lb Noah Igbinoghene held Jerry Jeudy to 5 receptions for 26 receiving yards. He also gave up 204 receiving yards to Tyler Johnson. He has the upside and potential to start right away, but his tape is extremely inconsistent which is why I have Igbinoghene falling to a team that needs a cornerback.

Washington lost their field cornerback Josh Norman. They plan on moving their boundary cornerback Fabian Moreau to field cornerback after Moreau showed he could be just as effective as a boundary cornerback after playing the nickel in his second season after sitting out as a rookie. Kendall Fuller is going to be the boundary cornerback on this team once again after winning a Super Bowl in Kansas City. Jimmy Moreland will be the nickel cornerback. Ronald Darby, the field cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles last season will be the dime cornerback.

Washington has four quality cornerbacks. Without Josh Norman, I'm not confident that any of these guys can hold their own against someone like Amari Cooper. Noah Igbinoghene is a project, but can be the field cornerback at some point down the road if he plays like he did against Jeudy on a consistent basis in the NFL. On the flipside if he plays like he did against Minnesota at the next level you are looking at a career backup.

Previous Pick: Reggie Robinson II, CB, Tulsa

  3. Detroit Lions: Alton Robinson, LE, Syracuse

Detroit gets a 4-3 left end to push Romeo Okwara for the starting 4-3 left end job. If Detroit hits on this pick they will have landed five potential starters in this draft with Jeffrey Okudah, Neville Gallimore, Jack Driscoll, John Simpson, and Alton Robinson here.

Alton Robinson played 4-3 left end next to Kendall Coleman at Syracuse. He showed the versatility and skill set to play both 4-3 right end and 4-3 left end in Mobile getting by left tackles in practice.

The 6-3 259 lb Alton Robinson had 17 tackles for a loss and 10 sacks when he was only 249 lbs in 2018. He put on more muscle and added 10 lbs, but regressed with only 9.5 tackles for a loss and 4.5 sacks in 2019.

Alton Robinson played more like the 2018 pass rusher that wowed people in Mobile than the 2019 pass rusher that took a step back. He is the best pass rusher that Detroit can get in this draft that may be an immediate starter at this point. If he doesn't start he can gain muscle and develop behind Okwara.

Previous Pick: Leki Fotu, NT, Utah

  4. New York Giants: Josiah Scott, CB, Michigan State

New York has DeAndre Baker and James Bradberry as their top two cornerbacks. Corey Littleton is the nickel cornerback at the moment, but the Giants can draft someone here to push Littleton for that nickel job.

The 5-9 185 lb Josiah Scott had 7 deflections from pass breakups and 3 interceptions in 2019 as Michigan State's field cornerback after previously being the boundary cornerback next to Justin Layne in 2018. Layne was drafted by Pittsburgh in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Josiah Scott can play on the outside. With his body and size he may be a better fit for a nickel cornerback role at the next level though.

Previous Pick: Leki Fotu, NT, Utah

  5. Houston Texans: Reggie Robinson II, CB, Tulsa

The 6-1 202 lb Reggie Robinson II was the field cornerback at Tulsa in 2019. Reggie Robinson II had 13 deflections from pass breakups and 4 interceptions.

Reggie Robinson II has okay man coverage, zone coverage, and press coverage skills. These skills could become great with the right coaching.

Reggie Robinson II ran a 4.44 40-time and did 22-reps on the bench press at the 2020 NFL Combine. Houston can draft Reggie Robinson II to compete for a starting cornerback job. Jonathan Joseph is no longer a Texan after being the field cornerback for many years so now you get a guy like Reggie Robinson II to compete with Bradley Roby, Phillip Gaines, Gareon Conley, and Vernon Hargreaves III for playing time.

Previous Pick: Jabari Zuniga, 3-4 ROLB, Florida

  6. Los Angeles Chargers: D.J. Wonnum, ROLB, South Carolina

The 6-5 254 lb D.J. Wonnum was a pass rusher and team captain at South Carolina. With Thomas Davis gone, the Chargers get someone to push Uchena Nwosu and Nick Vigil for an outside linebacker job.

Previous Pick: Charlie Heck, RT, North Carolina

  7. Carolina Panthers: Damien Lewis, RG, LSU

Carolina gets a right guard to replace Trai Turner who they just traded to the Los Angeles Chargers. The 6-2 329 lb Damien Lewis has the pass blocking, pass blocking strength, run blocking, run blocking strength, and run blocking footwork to succeed former LSU tiger Trai Turner. His pass blocking footwork and zone blocking needs to improve, but he's talented enough to start right away at right guard for a team like the Carolina Panthers in the fourth round.

  8. Arizona Cardinals: Charlie Heck, RT, North Carolina

Arizona has D.J. Humphries, Justin Murray, and Marcus Gilbert at offensive tackle. At this point, Arizona drafts another offensive tackle to push Murray and Gilbert for a starting offensive tackle job. The 6-8 309 lb Charlie Heck lined up at left tackle and right tackle at North Carolina. Heck's pass protection made things easier for freshman quarterback Sam Howell who is projected to be the top pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Previous Pick: Terrell Burgess, SS, Utah

  9. Cleveland Browns: Calvin Throckmorton, RG, Oregon

Austin Corbett failed to win the starting right guard job. Calvin Throckmorton can play right guard or right tackle with his versatility at Oregon. He actually was a late addition to the 2020 Senior Bowl and did well at left tackle during Senior Bowl practices with the South Team, but with a left tackle at 10 and Jack Conklin at right tackle, Throckmorton will be able to play right guard.

Previous Pick: Logan Wilson, MLB, Wyoming

  10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Amik Robertson, CB, Louisiana Tech

Jacksonville gets a second cornerback after getting Trevon Diggs at 20. The 5-9 187 lb Amik Robertson played both field and boundary cornerback at Louisiana Tech. Robertson ran a 4.45 40-time, but needs to improve his press coverage.

Best case scenario, Robertson becomes the number two boundary cornerback across from Diggs. Worst case scenario, he ends up being the nickel cornerback with D.J. Hayden playing boundary cornerback.

Previous Pick: Jason Strowbridge, DT, North Carolina

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Terrell Burgess, SS, Utah

Tampa Bay needs a strong safety. The 5-11 192 lb Terrell Burgess is versatile enough to play strong safety, free safety, or nickel cornerback with his versatility. He plays man coverage and zone coverage effectively, but press coverage is where he needs to improve. Tampa Bay drafts Burgess to push guys like Justin Evans, Mike Edwards, and Jordan Whitehead for a starting safety job as those safeties push each other for both the strong safety and free safety jobs so the team has two good starting safeties and two quality backups for depth.

Previous Pick: Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, LSU

  12. Denver Broncos: Jordan Elliott, NT, Missouri

The 6-4 302 lb Jordan Elliott dominated the 2020 NFL Combine with a 5.02 40-time and 24 reps on the bench press. Elliott had 8 tackles for a loss in 2018 and 8.5 tackles for a loss in 2019. Even though his stats are underwhelming, one thing I love about Elliott is his ability to take up space in the middle of a defensive line.

Elliott has the first step quickness, rip, and swim moves you want a nose tackle to have on tape. His ability to process plays by learning an NFL playbook and his block shedding need to improve though. He will thrive as a run stuffing nose tackle or a rotational pass rushing nose tackle on a defensive line, but will fail if Denver treats him as a four down nose tackle.

Previous Pick: Hakeem Adeniji, RG, Kansas

  13. Atlanta Falcons: Stantley Thomas-Oliver III, CB, Florida International

Atlanta gets a cornerback here since Isaiah Oliver is the only decent cornerback. Right now their fifth round pick from the 2019 NFL Draft, Jordan Miller is projected to be the replacement to Desmond Trufant with one Washington Huskie passing down the torch to the other while Kendall Sheffield plays nickel cornerback.

The 6-0 192 lb Stantley Thomas-Oliver III, has the man coverage and zone coverage you want a cornerback to have. He lined up at both field cornerback and boundary cornerback.

Stantley Thomas-Oliver III ran a 4.48 40-time at the 2020 NFL Combine. He also had a 34-inch vertical and can have a similar impact to Trufant if he fixes his press coverage. Stantley Thomas-Oliver III will challenge both Kendall Sheffield and Jordan Miller for a starting cornerback spot next to Isaiah Oliver. He may even do well enough to supplant Oliver as the number one field cornerback. The more I watch this Florida International cornerback on tape, the more tempted I am to move him into the third round of my mock draft.

Previous Pick: Jake Hanson, C, Oregon

  14. New York Jets: Michael Ojemudia, CB, Iowa

New York gets a second cornerback to compliment Jaylon Johnson. Michael Ojemudia did okay for a boundary cornerback in Mobile and fits the bill as a good man and zone coverage corner. Like a lot of these day 3 corners, he either lacks the game speed on film or struggles in press coverage.

Previous Pick: K.J. Hill, WR, Ohio State

  15. Las Vegas Raiders: K.J. Hill, WR, Ohio State

The 6-0 190 lb K.J. Hill dominated in Mobile and showed the traits you want a #1 receiver to possess. Las Vegas will draft a wide receiver at 12 whether its Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb, Tee Higgins, or Henry Ruggs III. That will be Carr's go-to-guy.

Then you will have weapons like Tyrell Williams, Zay Jones, Hunter Renfrow, and Nelson Agholor competing for the number two receiver job. Renfrow could be a good slot guy. Can you really say that though about the rest of these guys? The Raiders also have three good tight ends with Darren Waller, Fabian Moreau, and Jason Witten. Teams will just focus on blanketing whoever the Raiders get at 12 and the tight ends unless they draft a second receiver to push those guys.

K.J. Hill will push those guys. Competing with other receivers during the 2020 Senior Bowl in what may be the best wide receiver draft in years, will only prepare Hill for the NFL at the next level.

Previous Pick: Jake Luton, QB, Oregon State

  16. Indianapolis Colts: A.J. Dillon, RB, Boston College

Indianpolis drafts the 6-0 247 lb A.J. Dillon out of Boston College. Dillon may have ran a 4.53 40-time, but he has three consecutive seasons of 1,000 rushing yards with his best season coming in 2019 after he lost left tackle Aaron Montiero and right guard Chris Lindstrom. That speaks volumes about Dillon's game on film.

A.J. Dillon can run with speed, catch out of the backfield, use his ball carrier vision, and pass block effectively. He does everything well on tape.

A.J. Dillon had 300 carries, 1,589 rushing yards, and 14 rushing touchdowns in 2017. Dillon had 227 carries, 1,108 rushing yards, and 10 rushing touchdowns in 2018. Dillon had 318 carries, 1,685 rushing yards, 14 rushing touchdowns, 13 receptions, 195 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 331 touches, 1,880 total yards, and 15 total touchdowns in 2019. A.J. Dillon improved each year on tape even when he lost his two best offensive linemen and that is why I have the Colts drafting A.J. Dillon here as someone who can push Marlon Mack for the starting running back job or serve as a compliment to Mack at the very worst.

  17. Dallas Cowboys: John Hightower, WR, Boise State

Dallas drafted Michael Gallup out of Colorado State and Cedrick Wilson out of Boise State in the 2018 NFL Draft. Then they gave the Raiders a 2019 first round pick for Amari Cooper. This team signed Randall Cobb after losing Cole Beasley despite getting decent production Gallup as a rookie and Gallup improved in his second season despite the addition of Cobb showing that he can hold his own across from Cooper.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. always had potential to be a starter. He sat behind Amari Cooper, Cole Beasley, and Michael Gallup in 2018. Last year Cobb took over for Beasley while Gallup improved enough to show he can play across from Cooper so now Dallas uses this pick to get another Boise State receiver to push Cedrick Wilson Jr. for the top backup receiver job since I mocked Chase Claypool to Dallas earlier in the second round.

The 6-1 189 lb John Hightower was one of the best players at the 2020 East West Shrine Game with his speed, route running, hands, and jumping ability. Hightower ran a 4.43 40-time at the 2020 NFL Combine and looked better in the Shrine Game than half of the receivers I saw in person in Mobile which is why I have Hightower slotted here.

Previous Pick: Ashtyn Davis, FS, California

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Julian Blackmon, FS, Utah

Pittsburgh has one very good safety in Minkah Fitzpatrick who can play anywhere at defensive back whether it be cornerback, strong safety, or free safety. The other starter is Terrell Edmunds who I had a fifth round grade on when Pittsburgh reached for him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Sean Davis is now a Redskin so it's time to take another safety. Like his teammate Terrell Burgess, Julian Blackmon can play cornerback, strong safety, or free safety with his versatility.

The 6-0 187 lb Julian Blackmon played cornerback in his first two seasons at Utah. He made the move to free safety in 2019 and is versatile enough to play both safety spots. I also feel like he is a better cover safety than Edmunds. However, I'd argue Edmunds is better against the run than Blackmon.

Previous Pick: Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton

  19. New England Patriots: Leki Fotu, NT, Utah

New England needs a nose tackle to replace Danny Shelton. The 6-4 307 lb Leki Fotu may have the body of a 4-3 defensive tackle. However he is the best defensive tackle left on the board by a long shot in my opinion which is why Fotu goes to New England where him and Adam Butler can rotate at nose tackle next season.

Previous Pick: Ben Bartch, LT, Saint John's

  20. Los Angeles Rams: Francis Bernard, 3-4 MLB, Utah

The 6-0 230 lb Francis Bernard was a captain for the Utah Utes at middle linebacker this past season. Bernard can play 4-3 middle linebacker or 3-4 middle linebacker with his versatility. Bernard had 45 solo tackles, 40 assisted tackles, and 85 total tackles in 2019. Bernard showed pass rushing, run stuffing, and the coverage you want a linebacker to display on tape despite not having other worldy production. The Rams could use a guy like Bernard here.

Previous Pick: Justin Herron, LT, Wake Forest

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: Shaq Quarterman, MLB, Miami FL

The 6-0 234 lb Shaq Quarterman can play 4-3 right outside linebacker, 4-3 middle linebacker, or 4-3 left outside linebacker with his versatility. He goes to Philadelphia as a 4-3 middle linebacker.

Previous Pick: Joshua Kelley, RB, UCLA

  22. Buffalo Bills: Joshua Kelley, RB, UCLA

The 5-11 214 lb Joshua Kelley was the best running back I saw during practices in Mobile at the 2020 Senior Bowl. He also ran a 4.49 40-time at the 2020 NFL Combine. He can run inside and outside. Has the hands to catch out of the backfield and the ball carrier vision. Pass protection is the one thing I'd like to see Kelley improve, but he's got enough talent to contribute in this offense.

Joshua Kelley had 225 carries, 1,243 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 27 receptions, 193 receiving yards, 252 touches, and 1,433 total yards in 2018. Kelley had 229 carries, 1,060 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 11 receptions, 71 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 240 touches, 1,131 total yards, and 13 total touchdowns in 2019.

Worst case scenario, you got a very good complimentary running back to Devin Singletary. Best case scenario you got a guy who can start when Singletary gets injured.

Previous Pick: Zack Moss, RB, Utah

  23. Baltimore Ravens: Jabari Zuniga, 3-4 ROLB, Florida

Baltimore gets the 6-3 251 lb Jabari Zuniga as a pass rusher here. Jabari Zuniga and can play on either side as an edge rusher next to Jaylon Ferguson.

Previous Pick: L'Jarius Sneed, SS, Louisiana Tech

  24. New Orleans Saints: Quez Watkins, WR, Southern Mississippi

The 6-0 185 lb Quez Watkins ran a 4.35 40-time at the 2020 NFL Combine. Watkins had 63 receptions, 1,145 receiving yards, and 6 receiving touchdowns in 2019. Watkins has the upside to be a very good number two wide receiver next to Michael Thomas and will start out as a slot guy with Emmanuel Sanders holding the number two role after getting the 49ers to Super Bowl 54 as a number one guy. Watkins is also the best player on the board this late in the fourth round making this an easy selection for the Saints.

  25. Arizona Cardinals: JR Reed, SS, Georgia

Arizona drafts a strong safety to compliment Budda Baker. The 6-1 202 lb JR Reed did well in a lot of games. He struggled against Notre Dame tight end Cole Kmet. He did well limiting what Thaddeus Moss could do in the SEC Championship by doing a good job playing zone coverage.

Previous Pick: Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona State

  26. Minnesota Vikings: Jason Strowbridge, DT, North Carolina

Minnesota gets a second defensive tackle here. The 6-4 275 lb Jason Strowbridge is a player that can have a similar role that Sheldon Day had while he was in Jacksonville.

Previous Pick: Yasir Durant, LT, Missouri

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Zack Moss, RB, Utah

The Seattle Seahawks get a running back as a precautionary measure just in case Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, and C.J. Prosise are all injured before the NFL Playoffs again.

The 5-9 223 lb Zack Moss is not only the best running back on the board, but also the best player on the board at this point in the fourth round. Moss has the ball carrier vision, pass protection, and ability to catch out of the back field. He makes great runs on tape and has fantastic production despite having a bad 2020 NFL Combine.

Zack Moss had 214 carries, 1,173 rushing yards, 10 rushing touchdowns, 29 receptions, 243 receiving yards, 243 touches, and 1,416 total yards in 2017. Moss had 179 carries, 1,096 rushing yards, 11 rushing touchdowns, 8 receptions, 50 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 187 touches, 1,146 total yards, and 11 rushing touchdowns in 2018. Moss had 235 carries, 1,416 rushing yards, 15 rushing touchdowns, 28 receptions, 388 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 263 touches, 1,804 total yards, and 17 total touchdowns in 2019.

Previous Pick: Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty

  28. Baltimore Ravens: Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona State

Baltimore has Mark Ingram, Gus Edwards, and Justice Hill. I am giving Baltimore a fourth running back for depth here. The 5-9 195 lb Eno Benjamin looked promising in Mobile during Senior Bowl practices. He has good speed, pass catching, and ball carrier vision. Pass protection is his only weakness.

Eno Benjamin had 300 carries, 1,642 rushing yards, 16 rushing touchdowns, 35 receptions, 263 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 335 touches, 1,905 total yards, and 18 total touchdowns in 2018 after taking over for Kalen Ballage. Benjamin had 253 carries, 1,083 rushing yards, 10 rushing touchdowns, 42 receptions, 347 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 295 touches, 1,430 total yards, and 12 total touchdowns in 2019.

Previous Pick: Cole Cabral, C, Arizona State

  29. Pittsburgh Steelers: Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty

Pittsburgh drafts a wide receiver for depth here since Pittsburgh's current backups are awful compared to starters like JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Washington, and Diontae Johnson. Drafting the 6-4 222 lb Antonio Gandy-Golden gives you depth at wide receiver.

Antonio Gandy-Golden had 69 receptions, 1,066 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns in 2017. Antonio Gandy-Golden had 71 receptions, 1,037 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns in 2018. Antonio Gandy-Golden had 79 receptions, 1,376 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns.
Antonio Gandy-Golden raved about the impact Stephen Calvert had in Mobile when I spoke with him after a Senior Bowl practice. I like Antonio Gandy-Golden coming out of Liberty more than I liked Diontae Johnson coming out of Toledo and his consistency on tape says a lot about him.

Previous Pick: Josh Love, QB, San Jose State

  30. Green Bay Packers: Evan Weaver, 3-4 MLB, California

Green Bay has Christian Kirksey and Oren Burks as their starting 3-4 middle linebackers. Considering that Kirksey is injury prone and that Burks has not started more than 4 games in his first two seasons, depth is needed at 3-4 middle linebacker.

The 6-2 237 lb Evan Weaver had 103 solo tackles, 79 assisted tackles, 182 total tackles, 11 tackles for a loss, 5 quarterback hurries, 3 deflections from pass breakups, and 3 forced fumbles. Weaver provides great depth behind Kirksey and Burks and if one gets injured, Weaver will take over where Blake Martinez left off and never look back.

Previous Pick: Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU

  31. Jacksonville Jaguars: Michael Warren II, RB, Cincinnati

The 5-9 226 lb Michael Warren II would make a great running back for depth behind Leonard Fournette. Michael Warren has the production and pass catching to compliment Fournette.

Michael Warren II had 244 carries, 1,329 rushing yards, 19 rushing touchdowns, 25 receptions, 232 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 269 touches, 1,561 total yards, and 20 total touchdowns in 2018. Michael Warren II had 261 carries, 1,265 rushing yards, 14 rushing touchdowns, 21 receptions, 153 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 282 touches, 1,418 total yards, and 16 total touchdowns in 2019.

Previous Pick: Jacob Breeland, TE, Oregon

  32. Kansas City Chiefs: Isaiah Hodgins, WR, Oregon State

The 6-4 210 lb Isaiah Hodgins was Oregon State's best player in 2019. Hodgins had 86 receptions, 1,171 receiving yards, and 13 receiving touchdowns. Kansas City can draft him as a replacement to succeed Sammy Watkins while giving Mecole Hardman competition.

Kansas City now has quite a bit of weapons for Mahomes thanks to Watkins taking a paycut. Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins, Demarcus Robinson, and Mecole Hardman, Byron Pringle, and Isaiah Hodgins give Mahomes six wide receivers to throw to giving Mahomes good starters and backups at wide receiver along with Travis Kelce at tight end.

  33. New England Patriots: Jake Hanson, C, Oregon

Tampa Bay got this compensation pick at 139 thanks to Kwon Alexander signing with the San Francisco 49ers. They traded it to New England for Rob Gronkowski and pick 241.

The 6-4 303 lb Jake Hanson has the pass blocking, run blocking, pass blocking strength, run blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking footwork, and zone blocking to start at the next level. It's too bad he did not get an invite to the 2020 Senior Bowl.

I posted a film cut of Oregon's offensive line versus Auburn. Jake Hanson went up against Derrick Brown in this matchup.

Previous Pick: Jonathan Greenard, LOLB, Florida

  34. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jake Luton, QB, Oregon State

Chicago got this compensation pick at 140 thanks to Adrian Amos signing with the Green Bay Packers. They traded this pick to Jacksonville for Nick Foles though.

The 6-6 224 lb Jake Luton is my dark horse quarterback of this draft. He kind of reminds me of Brett Favre. I think he's good enough to beat out Josh Dobbs for the backup gig and I also see him as someone with more upside than Gardner Minshew II. This is Minshew's team for now, but if Jake Luton sees the field, I won't be surprised if he ends up playing well enough to win the starting job as a rookie like Minshew did.

Previous Pick: Josiah Degura, TE, Cincinnati

  35. Miami Dolphins: Jauan Jennings, WR, Tennessee

Miami got this compensation pick at 141 thanks to Ju'Wuan James signing with the Denver Broncos.

The 6-3 206 lb Jauan Jennings was Tennessee's go-to-guy at wide receiver the past three seasons even with subpar quarterback play. He's a great blocker with good speed and strong hands.

Previous Pick: Michael Warren II, RB, Cincinnati

  36. Washington Redskins: Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton

Washington got this compensation pick at 142 thanks to Jamison Crowder signing with the New York Jets.

The 6-5 251 lb Adam Trautman is a bargain at this point in the fourth round. Washington could use a tight end at this point and Trautman is the best tight end left on the board.

Previous Pick: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt

  37. Baltimore Ravens: Cole Cabral, C, Arizona State

Baltimore got this compensation pick at 143 thanks to John Brown signing with the Buffalo Bills.

The 6-5 300 lb Cole Cabral has the pass blocking, pass blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking, run blocking strength, and run blocking footwork, and zone blocking to be a future starting center. His foot speed needs to improve, but he will learn under Matt Skura and gives Baltimore more depth on their interior offensive line.

Previous Pick: Trevon Hill, 3-4 LOLB, Miami FL

  38. Seattle Seahawks: Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Michigan

Seattle got this compensation pick at 144 thanks to Justin Coleman signing with the Detroit Lions.

Seattle has Tyler Lockett, D.K. Metcalf, Phillip Dorsett, and Josh Gordon. They get Russell Wilson the best player on the board and one more weapon for Russell Wilson at wide receiver in this extremely deep wide receiver class. Donovan Peoples-Jones was a former five star recruit in High School before enrolling into Michigan. He's got the skill set to develop into a future starter on Seattle.

Previous Pick: Marlon Davidson, LE, Auburn

  39. Philadelphia Eagles: Carter Coughlin, LOLB, Minnesota

Philadelphia got this compensation pick at 145 thanks to Jordan Hicks signing with the Arizona Cardinals.

Philadelphia already got Jordyn Brooks as a 4-3 right outsie linebacker and Shaq Quarterman as a 4-3 middle linebacker. Now they complete their linebacker trifecta with the 6-3 234 lb Carter Coughlin who can play both outside linebacker roles, but will make a better fit at 4-3 left outside linebacker due to his high football IQ, but lack of athleticism.

Previous Pick: Shaq Quarterman, MLB, Miami FL

  40. Philadelphia Eagles: Josh Love, QB, San Jose State

Philadelphia got this compensation pick at 146 thanks to Golden Tate signing with the New York Giants.

The 6-2 205 lb Josh Love is the first non combine player to get picked in my mock draft. Joseph Potter mentioned him as his dark horse quarterback a few weeks ago on the podcast. Oren Shiri also likes Josh Love out of San Jose State as a dark horse guy. I watched his tape and came away so impressed that I tweaked my quarterback rankings just to add Josh Love. Love has the ceiling to be a solid borderline starter, but he comes to Philly to fill the backup void that Nick Foles left.

Previous Pick: Keith Ismael, C, San Diego State
