37. Chris Jones, 3-4 RE, Mississippi State C Grade

Chris Jones is a backup 3-4 right end on Kansas City's depth chart. He'd be graded much higher if he was starting next to Allen Bailey at 3-4 left end.

74. KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame D- Grade

KeiVarae Russell is competing with the Chiefs next draft pick for the #5 quarter cornerback job. Kansas City has Marcus Peters at field cornerback, Jameel Flemming at boundary cornerback, Steven Nelson at nickel cornerback, and Phillip Gaines at dime cornerback. With all that depth at cornerback Russell and the Chiefs fourth round draft pick at cornerback have to compete for the #5 cornerback job.

Eric Murray is competing with Russell for the quarter cornerback job. Murray may end up being the #5 corner its a very close battle.

Kansas City didn't get immediate starters. They got Chris Jones and an abundance of depth in the second round before reaching for some players near the end. I think the Chiefs deserve a C grade for their drafting.
