Game Recap: NEW YORK-Dallas didn't have DaRon Bland or Caelon Carson at cornerback. New York didn't have Adoree' Jackson or Dru Phillips at cornerback. That could be very advantageous for each teams number one wide receiver with veteran CeeDee Lamb on the Dallas Cowboys and rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers on the New York Giants.

Nick Herbig another former Wisconsin Badger is starting in relief for Alex Highsmith at 3-4 right outside linebacker.

This means Spencer Anderson is starting at left guard for the fourth game now with Mason McCormick the 2024 fourth round pick out of South Dakota State getting his first NFL action of the season. With James Daniels in a contract year, Mason McCormick will probably be starting at right guard moving forward. Spencer Anderson entered this game with the second worst Pro Football Focus grade among guards while James Daniels graded out as the top guard in the NFL.

Sloppy play by the Cleveland Browns offensive line, injuries, drops from Amari Cooper and penalties also factored into this loss.

Lamar Jackson threw a four yard pass to Derrick Henry before Lamar Jackson threw a twelve yard pass to Nelson Agholor for a first down on third and eleven. Justice Hill ran for a gain of eleven. Derrick Henry ran for a gain of six. Buffalo Bills strong safety Taylor Rapp was injured on that play with ten minutes left in the half.

Baltimore Ravens right tackle Patrick Marki had a holding penalty. Lamar Jackson threw an incomplete pass on second down before firing a fifteen yard completion to Justice Hill on third and fifteen. Derrick Henry ran for a gain of three. Lamar Jackson threw a 19 yard touchdown pass to Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill. Baltimore led 21-3.

Baltimore was on pace to get a fourth score before a timely turnover by Buffalo. Buffalo Bills backup 4-3 right outside linebacker Dorian Williams filling in for an injured Matt Milano forced a fumble and Buffalo Bills backup 4-3 middle linebacker Baylon Spector filling in for an injured Terrell Bernard recovered the fumble.

James Cook ran for a gain of five. That took this game to the two minute warning.

Josh Allen scrambled for a gain of three. Baltimore Ravens field cornerback Marlon Humprhey was injured on the third down stop. Baltimore burned their first timeout of the half after Marlon Humphey's injury.

A defensive delay of game by Baltimore gave the Buffalo Bills a new set of downs. Baltimore called a second timeout.

Josh Allen proceeded to throw three consecutive incomplete passes after Baltimore called their second timeout. Baltimore led 21-3 at halftime.

Buffalo looked like a different team early in the third quarter. Baltimore went three and out after getting the ball to start the second half.

Marlon Humphrey did return to the game. Baltimore Ravens backup safety Eddie Jackson tackled James Cook for a loss of one. Josh Allen threw a fifty two yard completion to Khalil Shakir on third and five. Buffalo Bills third string running back Ty Johnson got a rushing touchdown on first and goal. Baltimore led 21-10.

Baltimore went three and out. Derrick Henry gained five rushing yards. A false start penalty by Baltimore Ravens third string tight end Charlie Kolar made it second and ten. Buffalo Bills 4-3 left end Gregory Rosseau tackled Derrick Henry for a loss of one. Baylon Spector sacked Lamar Jackson for a loss on third down.

Buffalo was approaching Baltimore Ravens territory thanks to Josh Allen throwing a twenty four yard completion to Keon Coleman along with a James Cook first down. Baltimore Ravens 3-4 left outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy strip sacked Josh Allen. Kyle Hamilton recovered a fumble which gave Baltimore the football back.

Lamar Jackson had a 6 yard rushing touchdown on Baltimore's next drive. Baltimore led 28-10 after three quarters of play.

Tyler Bass attempted a 48 yard field goal to start the fourth quarter. The field goal was no good.

Baltimore Ravens fullback Patrick Rickard recovered a fumble in the endzone on second and goal. Baltimore led 35-10.

Josh Allen threw three consecutive incomplete passes on his next drive. I'll give Allen credit for not throwing any interceptions, but Baltimore did a sound job executing defensively in this game.

Baltimore would run some clock before Buffalo put their backups in the game. Baltimore won 35-10.

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry was my player of the game. Derrick Henry had 24 carries, 199 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown on his 87 yard run which was the first offensive play the Baltimore Ravens ran, 3 receptions on 3 targets, 10 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 27 touches, 209 total yards, and 2 total touchdowns. Derrick Henry became the first running back since Dalvin Cook on December 9, 2021 to exceed 200 total yards in an NFL game. Dalvin Cook was also the last running back to rush for 200 yards which he did against the Pittsburgh Steelers on the date I mentioned. Before that, Derrick Henry had 200 rushing yards in the Tennessee Titans season finale during the 2020-2021 NFL Season with the Tennessee Titans when the Titans defeated the Texans 34-7.
