    The 6-3 181 lb Maddox Dagenais is the son of Pierre Dagenais who went first overall in the 1995 QMJHL Draft. Pierre and Maddox Dagenais are the first father son tandem that went first overall in the QMJHL Draft.


    Maddox Dagenais had 42 goals, 39 assists, and 81 points in 35 games as an alternate captain with the Quinte Red Devils Under 16 AAA Team in 2023-2024. Maddox was the clear cut number one player in this draft and will be a first line center on the Quebec Remparts right away.


    Despite being only 16, Dagenais has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He's going to quarterback the power play while also playing a penalty killer role. He can play a 200 foot game as well and is just a very complete player.


  2. Val-d'Or Foreurs: Benjamin Cossette-Ayote, D, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 6-0 165 lb Benjamin Cossette-Ayote had 1 goal, 30 assists, and 31 points in 35 games with Trois-Rivieres Estacades QM18AAA Team in 2023-2024. He projects as a first line defenseman and number one defenseman right out the gate.

    The 5-8 157 lb Chad Lygitsakos had 13 goals, 28 assists, and 41 points in 42 games with Trois-Rivieres Estacades QM18AAA Team in 2023-2024. He projects as a first line left winger right out the gate.

  4. Cape Breton Eagles: Romain Litalien, C, (2026) B Grade

    The 6-1 174 lb Romain Litalien had 11 goals, 19 assists, and 30 points with the Seminaire St. Francois Blizzard in 2023-2024. He's projected to be a second line center and can play in any situation.


    Despite being only 16, Litalien has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He's going to quarterback, he's got ice in his veigns and a great compete level.



  5. Saint John Sea Dogs: William Yared, C, (2026) B+ Grade

    The 6-1 187 lb William Yared had 10 goals, 32 assists, and 42 points for the Lac St-Louis Lions in 2023-2024. He will start out as a second line center, but could be a first line center in a year from now.


    Despite being only 16, Yared has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He can play a 200 foot game. He wins faceoffs. He's a center that lots of QMJHL teams wish they could build around.


  6. Chicoutimi Sagueneens: Jayden Plouffe, C, (2026) C+ Grade

    The 5-10 170 lb Jayde Plouffe had 17 goals, 29 assists, and 46 points in 42 games on College Esther-Blondin Phenix in 2023-2024. Jayden Plouffe can start out on the third line early and could work into a bigger role down the road as Jayden Plouffe gives Chicoutimi a three year window to compete in the QMJHL.


    Despite being only 16, Plouffe has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, versatility, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He takes care of all three zones and Jayden Plouffe skates like lightning.



  7. Victoriaville Tigres: Enzo Lottin, C, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 5-7 161 lb Enzo Lottin had 11 goals, 26 assists, and 37 points with Trois-Rivieres Estacades in 2023-2024. Enzo Lottin has the versatility to play left winger, center, and right winger. He was projected to play right winger, but eventually moved inside to center.


    Despite being only 16, Lottin has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, versatility, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, and hockey IQ to succeed in the QMJHL. He needs to improve defensively in the QMJHL, but has the speed and offensive talent to make up for that. He can slot in the power play as well. He had over a point per game in the playoffs.


  8. Saint John Sea Dogs: Dylan Rozzi, LW A Grade

    The 6-0 152 lb Dylan Rozzi had 48 goals, 48 assists, and 96 points on the Lac St-Louis Lions M15 AAAE Team in 2022-2023. Dylan Rozzi 17 goals, 29 assists, and 46 points in 42 games in the QM18AAA in 2023-2024.


    Despite being only 16, Rozzi has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, versatility, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, and hockey IQ to succeed in the QMJHL. He needs to improve defensively in the QMJHL, but has the speed and offensive talent to make up for that. He will be a second line left winger as well as a second line power play guy right out the gate in the QMJHL.



  9. Acadie Bathurst Titan: Biagio Jr. Daniele, D, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 5-10 151 lb Biagio Jr. Daniele had 5 goals, 14 assisrts, and 19 points in 42 games on Laval Montreal Rosseau Royalls in the QM18AAA in 2023-2024. He's projected to be a number two defenseman on a firsst line right out of the gate just like Benjamin Cossette-Ayote who will probably be a number one defenseman after going second overall in this years draft before Biagio Jr. Daniele went ninth overall.


    Despite being only 16, Daniele has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He's going to quarterback the power play while also playing a penalty killer role.


  10. Chicoutimi Sagueneens: Tynan Lawrence, LW, (2026) F Grade

    Tynan Lawrence was the number two prospect in the 2024 QMJHL Draft. The thing is he signed with the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the 2024 USHL Draft after being tendered. Therefore this pick gets the first F grade of the first round.



  11. Halifax Mooseheads: Daniel Walters, C, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 6-0 183 lb Daniel Walters had 9 goals, 18 assists, and 27 points in 29 games with the Halifax McDonald's Under 18 NSU18 MHL Team in 2023-2024. Daniel Walters gets to stay in his hometown where he will fill the void that QMJHL MVP Mathieu Cataford left.


    Despite being only 16, Walters has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He's gonna play up and down your lineup once he gets quicker.


  12. Gatineau Olympiques: Maxim Dube, C, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 5-11 163 lb Maxim Dube had 34 goals, 56 assists, and 90 points in 68 games with the Long Island Gulls 15 Under AAA Team in 2023-2024. Gatineau may have gotten their first line center of the future here at 12.


    Despite being only 16, Dube has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. He doesn't shy away from the physicality on the ice. He has all the makings of a dynamic scoring center.



  13. Sherbrooke Phoenix: Thomas Rousseau, C, (2026) C+ Grade

    The 5-10 154 lb Thomas Rousseau had 8 goals, 16 assists, and 24 points in 41 games with the St-Eustache Vikings in the QM18AAA in 2023-2024. Thomas Rousseau projects as a third line center on the Sherbrooke Phoenix next season. He's also versatile enough to play right winger on the third line.


    Despite being only 16, Rosseau has the speed, explosion, burst, agility, skating, foot speed, versatility, playmaking, passing, sniping, wrist shot power, wrist shot accuracy, slap shot power, slap shot accuracy, vision, offensive awareness, defensive awareness, hockey IQ, power play ability, and penalty killing to succeed in the QMJHL. Thomas Rosseau can play all three zones while supporting his teammates.


  14. Gatineau Olympiques: Simon-Xavier Cyr, C, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 6-1 185 lb Simon-Xavier Cyr had 2 goals, 11 assists, and 13 points with the Magog Cantonniers in 2023-2024. Simon-Xavier Cyr has the upside to be a first line center, but will be a second line center in a role that probably suits him better.

  15. Shawinigan Cataractes: Louis-Felix Gagnon, D, (2026) C Grade

    The 6-0 172 lb Louis-Felix Gagnon had 2 goals, 15 assists, and 17 points in 41 games with Seminaire St-Francois Blizzard in the QM18AAA in 2023-2024. Louis-Felix Gagnon projects as a third line defenseman in a number five or number six role as he develops.

    The 6-1 203 lb Jacob Gouchie had 6 goals, 11 assists, and 17 points in 35 games with the Moncton Flyers U18 AAA Team in 2023-2024. Jacob Gouchie has first line ability and could be playing on the first line with Benjamin Cossette-Ayote right out of the gate.

    The 5-8 157 lb Benjamin Olivier had 11 goals, 19 assists, and 30 points in 2023-2024. Benjamin Olivier could be a first line left winger right out of the gate for the Val-d'Or Foreurs in 2023-2024.

  18. Acadie Bathurst Titan: Liam Arsenault, RW, (2027) A Grade

    The 5-8 161 lb Liam Arsenault had 15 goals 34 assists, and 49 points in 33 games for the Kensington Wild 18 AAA Team in 2023-2024. Liam Arsenault is the youngest player to be picked in the first round of the 2024 QMJHL Draft.

  19. Saint John Sea Dogs: Cameron Chartrand, D, (2026) F Grade

    Cameron Chartrand might go to the USHL over the QMJHL. You also gave up a future first round pick to get this pick which feels like a waiisted effort by the Saint John Sea Dogs.


  20. Gatineau Olympiques: Noah Florent, LW, (2026) A+ Grade

    The 5-7 139 lb Noah Florent had 17 goals, 29 assists, and 43 points in 41 games with the Seminaire St-Francois Blizzard in QM18AAA in 2023-2024. Noah Florent could be a first line left winger.
