The 5-9 194 lb Steven Raabe is eligible for the 2020 NHL Draft. He excelled as an offensive defender in the DEL league in 2018-2019. This year he improved as a defensive defender, but regressed offensively. Raabe displays the upside to be a good two-way defender in the AHL. I'm not sure he has the ceiling to be an NHL defender.
