- Kenley Jansen, RP, Los Angeles Dodgers
- Kenly Jansen had 47 saves and 104 strikeouts in 2016. Jansen has the best cutter among relief pitchers as the closer for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
- Aroldis Chapman, RP, New York Yankees
- Aroldis Chapman's below 2.00 ERA is phenomenal. He also clocks in at 100 miles per hour on his fastball which is simply phenomenal.
- Zach Britton, RP, Baltimore Orioles
- Zach Briton's 0.54 ERA with the Baltimore Orioles was the best in 2016. Britton also had 47 saves making him a huge asset at closer.
- Wade Davis, RP, Chicago Cubs
- Wade Davis is capable of getting 40 saves and has an extremely low ERA. Injuries have limited him in Kansas City, but if Davis stays healthy he's capable of 45 saves in 2017.
- Mark Melancon, RP, San Francisco Giants
- Mark Melancon is still a top 5 closer despite a below average number of strikeouts. Melancon is still a top 5 closer though.
- Seung Hwan Oh, RP, St. Louis Cardinals
- Seung Hwan Oh has a fastball that only maxes out at 93-miles-per-hour. Seung Hwan Oh has a deadly slider though.
- Craig Kimbrel, RP, Boston Red Sox
- Craig Kimbrel declined in 2016 and is expected to decline even more in 2017. He's still the most reliable pitcher in Boston's bullpen though.
- Roberto Osuna, RP, Toronto Blue Jays
- Roberto Osuna is one of the youngest relievers in the MLB. He's a fantastic addition if you are looking for a reliever in a Dynasty league.
- Cody Allen, RP, Cleveland Indians
- Cody Allen is closer of the Cleveland Indians. Allen is another relief pitcher with premium value.
- Jeurys Familia, RP, New York Mets
- Jeurys Familia wraps up the top 10. He led the MLB with 51 saves in 2016.
