Edmonton blew a 3-1 lead in game 1 and lost 6-3. They outplayed Dallas in games 2-5 of the Western Conference Finals after Connor McDavid gave Leon Draisaitl the look.

Edmonton scored their first two goals on Dallas in game 5. Jake Oettinger got pulled for Casey DeSmith.

Jason Robertson scored multiple times to make this a one goal game. Everytime Dallas got within striking distance of Edmonton, Edmonton scored again.

Edmonton won 6-3. Florida will play Edmonton in a rematch of last years Stanley Cup Finals. Unlike last year, Edmonton will have home ice in this years rematch between the two teams.

Edmonton managed to avenge that loss. Kasperi Kapanen scored the game-winning goal in overtime. Edmonton won 1-0.

Edmonton will travel to Dallas or Winnipeg for the 2025 Western Conference Finals. Edmonton defeated Dallas to win the 2024 Western Conference Finals. Dallas currently leads Winnipeg 3-1 with game 5 in Winnipeg tonight.

Edmonton was my pick to win the 2025 Stanley Cup in the preseason. Edmonton is four more wins away from fullfilling that prophecy.
