San Diego Chargers: Jason Verrett, CB, TCU 
San Diego Chargers Day 1 Draft Grade: (A-) I thought the Jason Verrett was a solid, but not a over-the-top pick. Still he’s the #1 field cornerback on the Chargers’ depth chart. I didn’t expect Verrett to have that kind of success which is why I bumped this pick up from a B grade to an A- grade.

San Diego Chargers Day 2 Draft Grade: (D) San Diego gets a third-string 3-4 right outside linebacker. Now the Chargers have Dwight Freeney, Larry English, and Jeremiah Attaochu at 3-4 right outside linebacker. San Diego has Jarrett Johnson, Melvin Ingram, and Thomas Keiser at 3-4 left outside linebacker.
Chris Watt has the versatility to start at left guard and right guard. For now Watt will be a backup right guard.
San Diego Chargers Day 3 Draft Grade: (F) San Diego failed to land any quality starters on day 3. That will keep them from contending in 2014. This team will have a top 10 draft pick in 2015, and may even pick in the top 5 overall.
