St. Louis Rams: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh

St. Louis Rams Day 1 Draft Grade: (B) Greg Robinson is playing left guard instead of right tackle. I find that aspect about Robinson very disappointing. Aaron Donald will be a beast in St. Louis. I am surprised by the fact that the Rams failed to address need. Either way, St. Louis got two quality starters.

St. Louis Rams Day 2 Draft Grade: (B-) St. Louis took a dime corner in round 2 for depth in LaMarcus Joyner. The reason you cannot completely discount this pick is because Joyner can also play safety. Zac Stacey emerged into a reliable rusher in fantasy leagues at the end of the season. Tre Mason emerged at Auburn late in the season with clutch games against Alabama and Missouri. Mason will challenge Stacey for the job and both running backs will make each other better.

St. Louis Rams Day 3 Draft Picks Slideshow

St. Louis Rams Day 3 Draft Grade: (F) St. Louis last 4 picks were better than the first 3. Alexander cannot cover, Gaines struggles with tackling, and Garrett Gilbert has maturity issues because he transferred from Texas to SMU. Not to mention that Gilbert is a 4th stringer behind Austin Davis. Gilbert will be demoted to the practice squad or he will be released.

Michael Van Dyk could be a decent backup at offensive tackle. C.B. Bryant is better in coverage than Ohio State teammate Bradley Roby. He is still a backup safety at best. Michael Sam should make the roster as a backup and will begin his career as a rotational pass-rusher until Robert Quinn or Chris Long is injured. Rhaney could be a developmental center that works hard in training camp and blossoms into a backup center behind Scott Wells.
